  Important Information:
  • THE ALBANY SHOW 

    Table Fees/Cancellations

    One Day (Sunday) Shows - Table fees are $60.

    Two Day (Saturday & Sunday) Shows - Table fees are $120 for the entire weekend.

                               - “Saturday Only” Vendors - Table fees are $90

                               - “Sunday Only”  Vendors - Table fees are $60

    All Vendor Tables are 8 Foot - Table throws are provided.

    Back-up tables - (6 foot) are available for $20 each upon request prior to the day of show.

    Cancellations MUST be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to show or table fees will be billed.

    Late cancellations or “no shows” will result in the vendor being billed for the missed shows table fees along with pre-payment for all upcoming shows.

    ** PLEASE NOTE  All vendors must have a valid New York State Sales Tax ID Number.  If you do not have one, please call the New York State Sales Tax Department at 1-518-485-2889 to obtain a valid Tax ID Number.

    Set Up Times

    “One Day” Shows - 7 am to 9 am on Sunday

    “Two Day” Shows - 7 am to 9 am on Saturday and 8 am to 9 am on Sunday.

    Vendors are welcome to bring their own back-up tables, shelving units and other displays.  

    Back-up tables MUST be set up BEHIND your vendor table.   

    Shelving units and other displays MUST be set up ON or BEHIND your vendor table.   Set up on the sides or in front of your vendor table is NOT permitted.    

    Table sharing between vendors is NOT permitted.

    Please remember the show is OPEN to the public from 9 am to 3 pm each day.  Vendors will NOT be permitted to pack up or load out before 1:30 pm.   We cannot promote this show to the public and expect our patrons to pay admission if you leave early !     

    Lunch will be provided at noon each day to all vendors that have paid for tables at the show.   Additional food and drinks will also be available for purchase at the 7 Bistro Restaurant located within the Park Manor Hotel.   No outside food or drink is permitted in the show.

    Hotel rooms are available at the Park Manor Hotel for all of our Vendors and Patrons that wish to stay.   Please call the hotel for details.   Be sure to mention the show to receive the best rate.
