Important Information

THE ALBANY SHOW 

Table Fees/Cancellations

One Day (Sunday) Shows - Table fees are $90.00 for each 8 foot TABLE.                                     

Two Day (Saturday & Sunday) Shows - Table fees are $180 for the weekend for ONE TABLE. 

  • “Saturday Only” Vendors - Table fees are $120
  • “Sunday Only”  Vendors - Table fees are $90

Vendors will be allotted ONE Badge per 8ft Table. Additional Badges are $5.00 each. Badge Sharing is not permitted!

All Vendor Tables are 8 Foot - Table throws are provided.

Cancellations MUST be made no later than the SUNDAY prior to the show or table fees will be billed.

Late cancellations or “no shows” will result in the vendor being billed for the missed shows table fees along with pre-payment for all upcoming shows.

** PLEASE NOTE  All vendors must have a valid New York State Sales Tax ID Number.  If you do not have one, please call the New York State Sales Tax Department at 1-518-485-2889 to obtain a valid Tax ID Number.


Set Up Times

“One Day” Shows - 7 am to 9 am on Sunday

“Two Day” Shows - 7 am to 9 am on Saturday and 8 am to 9 am on Sunday.

Vendors are welcome to bring their own back-up tables, shelving units and other displays.  

                Back-up tables MUST be set up BEHIND your vendor table and no larger than 4'x2' or 3'x3' 

                Shelving units and other displays MUST be set up ON or BEHIND your vendor table.   Set up on the sides or in front of your vendor table is NOT permitted.    

Table sharing between vendors is NOT permitted.

Please remember the show is OPEN to the public from 9 am to 3 pm each day.  Vendors will NOT be permitted to pack up or load out before 2:00 pm.   We cannot promote this show to the public and expect our patrons to pay admission if you leave early !     

Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the event venue.  No outside food or drink is permitted in the show.

Multiple Hotels are located in the immediate area for vendors and patrons that wish to stay.

We do our Best to provide all of our vendors with a secure environment, however Albany NY Show Promotions is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged merchandise.

THE SYRACUSE SHOW

Table fees are $150 for the entire weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
